There is no one-size-fits-all plan for that. However, Lean thinking and agile techniques (Lean and agile), when embraced by traditional project management, provides the opportunity to work within a solid framework, allowing the freedom to apply creativity on demand. But more importantly, it provides better vehicles to manage people.
