The book series “Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning” was born out of the editors’ wish to collect in one place the most relevant ideas, theories, and practices related to managing knowledge and learning at individual and collective levels, across world regions and industries in for- and non-profit sectors. This editorial project was a risky endeavour given the high number of already existing conferences, journals, books, and series on the same topics.
